Position Description

We are amma, one of the world's largest apps for pregnant women. Our goal is to make families happier, providing support and clear, evidence-based pregnancy information. We have an active monthly audience of more than 2 million users and counting.

For a long time, social media marketing hasn't been our focus, but we're excited to explore this uncharted territory. We started with Spain, and were able to get 30k+ subscribers in 6 months and millions of reach. Now we’re on the lookout for a skilled Social Media Manager (preferably with Creator background) to join our team in France. Your role will be pivotal in testing out our new marketing strategies.

Social media accounts should drive organic traffic to our app and help us build an online community, raising awareness about amma on a market. We’re huge in other regions, but in Europe we’re not as big as we’d like it to be. Our future SMM manager should help us change that.

If your efforts validate our hypothesis, you could potentially lead these initiatives globally at amma.

You would start growing our social media account in French from scratch. We’d prefer to have both Instagram + TikTok, but are willing to listen to your advice on what platform would work best for us to close our goals in France.

We need a courageous person who would bring their own expertise and ideas to the table.You'll be expected to create, edit, and publish content —and at the beginning, do a little community management, to learn more about our audience and keep in touch with them.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies. It’s important that you can send us links to the Instagram pages you are running right now or have been working with before right away. There should be a track of going viral in your portoflio, and accounts with at least 100k views on videos.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • AI-driven approach: you work with different tools and like to experiment.
  • Capability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in the parenting industry is a definite advantage.
  • Creator experience and willingness to film video content yourself.
  • Fluency in French is a must. Same for English, as it is a language of communication in team (at least B2-C1 is required).
