why we're looking for strategic partnership manager?

In this role at amma family, you will be at the forefront of fostering and expanding our relationships with key global brand partners. Your role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth by developing innovative strategies that align with the business objectives of both amma family and our partners. You will work closely with global category teams to understand their business and marketing needs, offering customized solutions.

responsibilities:

  • Strategic relationship building: proactively build and cultivate strategic relationships with global brand offices across FMCG, Pharma, Cosmetics, and E-commerce sectors, positioning amma family as a key partner in reaching and engaging pregnant women and new families worldwide.
  • Proposal development: craft tailored strategic proposals that clearly articulate the unique value proposition of amma family, showcasing our ability to connect brands with a highly targeted audience through medically verified content and useful tools for every stage of pregnancy and early parenthood.
  • Sales cycle management: oversee the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure. This includes conducting cold calls and emails to potential prospects, presenting our platform's capabilities and benefits, and successfully negotiating and closing deals.
  • High level project management: ensure seamless communication and collaboration between partner brands and amma family’s operational teams. Facilitate the execution of agreed-upon initiatives, ensuring they align with both our’s and our partners’ goals.
  • Global expansion of partnerships: Take charge of strategically expanding existing collaborations with global teams to the maximum number of countries.
  • Market analysis: Continuously analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and new partner engagement. Leverage insights to refine strategies and introduce innovative global partnership models.
  • Industry Engagement: Actively represent amma family at industry events and conferences. Enhance the company’s profile and network by showcasing our success stories, innovations, and impact on families worldwide.

we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role. Experience in a global setting and a proven track record of international success will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, app ecosystems, and user engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at the executive level.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and challenges in the digital and health/wellness sectors.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent in English (C1); proficiency in additional languages is a plus (e.g. French or Spanish).
